Chicken Jalapeno

List of Ingredients
1 lb. chicken tenders
1 1/2 - 2 cups buttermilk
12 oz. jar jalapenos w/juice (I like Trappey's sliced hot jalapenos)
2 cups crumbled Ritz crackers
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. granulated garlic
Cooking oil
Recipe
Marinate chicken with buttermilk and jalapenos with juice 4-5 hours.
Dip chicken into cracker mix to coat. Heat oil in pan.
Fry in skillet 5-10 minutes or until done.
