Green Chile Enchiladas

List of Ingredients
1½ lbs. hamburger
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese to taste
2 or 3 onions
2 to 3 small cans chopped green chile to taste
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 to 1 1/2 cans water
18 corn tortillas
Recipe
Softly fry and drain tortillas. Fry hamburger and 1 onion. Add soups and water, cook until bubbly then simmer, uncover, for 10 minutes or until thickens. Cover bottom of pan with fried tortillas, layer cheese then chile and onions if desired. Repeat for another layer, end with layer of tortillas. Pour meat mixture over this and top with grated cheese. Bake at 300° for 1 hour or until bubbly.
