    Mexican Pork Tenderloin Verde

    3 (about 8 oz. each) pork tenderloins
    1-1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil (I used olive oil)
    1 jar (14 oz.) Pace Mexican Creations Verde with Tomatillos & Jalapenos cooking sauce

    Recipe



    Rub pork tenderloins with cumin. In 10" skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add tenderloins and brown on all sides.

    Add verde cooking sauce. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until done (160° F.). Remove tenderloins from skillet and let stand 5 minutes. Slice and serve with sauce.

    Serves 6
