New Age Guacamole

List of Ingredients
2 ripe avocados, seeded, skinned, and mashed
1/2 cup chopped jicama
2 tablespoons minced green onions, white and green parts
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro springs
1/2 teaspoon finely minced garlic
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon Asian chile sauce (I used chile paste with garlic) or hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 spring cilantro, as garnishRecipe
In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Press plastic wrap across the surface and refrigerate. The dip will keep for up to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
