List of Ingredients
1 Reynolds Hot Bags Foil Bag (regular size)
1 TBSP flour
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen whole kernel corn
1 cup chunky salsa
1/2 lb. turkey smoked sausage, diagonally sliced
1 cup shredded Colby & Monterey Jack cheese
Recipe
Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 450F.
Combine flour, beans, corn, salsa & sausage. Arrange ingredients in foil bag in an even layer.
Seal by double folding open end of foil bag. Place foil bag in 1 " deep pan.
To cook, slide foil bag onto grill OR leave foil bag in pan and place in oven. GRILL 10-12 min. in covered grill or BAKE 30-35 min. in pan in oven.
Use oven mitts to cut open foil bag. Carefully fold back top of bag, allowing steam to escape. Sprinkle with cheese before serving. (serves 4)
NOTE; I've never used these cooking bags but I suppose they also come in larger size choices for double/triple recipes. But I would think you could also use heavy-duty foil. Mary
