    Fried Vermicelli

    List of Ingredients

    1 bag nested vermicelli
    1 small chopped onion
    1 pint canned tomatoes
    1 sm. can chopped green chiles
    1 cup water
    salt & pepper to taste
    garlic powder & cumin to taste

    Recipe

    Brown vermicelli in a bit of oil; add onion and cook until tender. Add tomatoes, green chiles, water and seasonings. Cover and simmer until pasta is tender.

    May use 3-4 fresh tomatoes for canned, and 3-4 fresh chiles for canned.
