Spicy Beef & Spinach Burritos

8 flour tortillas
1 1/4lb lean ground beef
10oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 c hot and chunky salsa
1 c shredded Mexican blend
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbs + 1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cuminRecipe
Preheat oven to 350º. (Can use the microwave as well.) Wrap tortillas in foil and warm in oven 10 min. Keep warm until ready to use. In skillet, add beef and garlic and cook stirring constantly to crumble til no pink remains. Drain fat. Add spinach, salsa, powder, and cumin to beef. Stir to mix well. Cook 3-5 min or until heated through. Remove skillet from heat and stir in cheese. Spoon filling into tortillas and eat!
