1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup white vinegar
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon dried oregeno
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 pound boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
4 - 6 flour tortillas
Recipe
Combine first 7 ingredients, add beef. Marinate in refridgerator several hours.
In a skillet, saute onion and peppers in 1 tablespoon oil until crisp tender, remove and set aside.
Add remaining tablespoon of oil to pan. Pour beef and marinade into pan. Cook until beef is desired doneness and marinade is cooked off (I do this to tenderize the beef in the liquid).
Return vegetables to pan, heat through. Top with salsa, chopped tomato, and sour cream in tortillas.
