2 8-oz packages cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 10-oz can diced tomatoes & green
chiles (Rotel), slightly drained
1 4-oz can chopped green chiles
1 8-oz package grated Monterey Jack cheese
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 2-qt casserole dish with cooking spray.
In large mixing bowl, soften cream cheese with mixer. Blend in sour cream, cumin & hot pepper sauce until mixture is smooth. Gradually add tomates & green chiles. Fold in cheese.
Pour into casserole dish. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until heated through.
Serve with tortilla chips.
