    Broiled Fish, Chinese style

    Recipe Introduction

    Use red snapper, flounder, haddock, cod, etc.

    List of Ingredients

    1 tablespoon soy sauce, low sodium
    1 tablespoon salad oil
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 pound fish fillets
    2 tablespoons green onions -- minced

    Recipe

    About 1 1/4 hours before serving, combine oil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in the bottom of a broiling pan. Pat fish fillets dry with paper towels, then place in pan, turning to coat all sides with marinade. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Broil 8-10 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork. Garnish with green onions.
