Recipe Introduction

This isn't such a pink color as commerical sauce, but it's a scrumptious S/S sauce.

List of Ingredients

3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3-4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. white pepper
cornstarch as needed - about 2 tsp.


Recipe

Combine first six ingredients & bring to boiling. Mix cornstarch with small amount of water until smooth; whisk it into boiling mixture. Cook over medium heat 1 - 2 minutes.
