    List of Ingredients




    4 ounces spaghetti, cooked al dente
    3 eggs
    2 small or 1 large onion, sliced
    12 green onions, sliced
    6 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
    4 celery stalks, thinly sliced
    1 lb. fresh spinach, well cleaned and torn into pieces
    2 lbs. round steak, sliced
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    2 Tbsp sugar
    3 Tbsp cooking oil
    1 Tbsp sesame oil (If unable to use the sesame oil, increase cooking oil to 1/4 cup)

    Recipe



    1. In a skillet combine soy sauce, sugar, cooking oil and sesame oil. Add meat and cook till browned.

    2.Remove meat with slotted spoon from pan and add veggies, sauteing till tender.

    3.Add meat and cook another 3 minutes, or till beef reaches your desired doneness.

    4. Push meat and vegetables to the side and quickly soft scramble eggs.

    5. Combine all ingredients in skillet.

    6. Add cooked spaghetti to pan, toss till mixed.
