    Bratwurst Potato Skillet

    List of Ingredients

    3 medium red potatoes, whole, cubed
    1 cup beef broth
    5 bratwurst links, fully cooked, cut into 1/2" slices
    2 medium tart apples, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons sugar
    3 tablespoons butter or margarine

    Recipe

    1. In a skillet, bring potatoes and broth to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, cuncovered, for 10 minutes.

    2. Add next four ingredients; cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender and broth has evaporated.

    3. Push bratwurst mixture to the sides of the pan. Place sugar in the center of pan; cook until sugar is melted and golden brown.

    4. Add butter; cook and stir until butter is melted. Toss with bratwurst mixture; serve immediately.

    Only change I would make is to cut the salt, probably in half.
