Asparagus Shrimp Sauté

1 lb. fresh asparagus, trimmed
1/3 cup green onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried dill weed (or 1 Tbsp. fresh dill)
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
12 oz. frozen precooked shrimp, thawed
2 tsp. corn starch, dissolved in 1/3 cup cold water
4 cups angel hair pasta, cooked
Fresh parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe
Heat butter and oil in large saute pan. Saute onion and asparagus 5 minutes over medium heat. Add wine, lemon juice, dill weed, salt and pepper; stir. Add shrimp and saute 5 minutes more.
Mix corn starch and water, add to pan, stir over heat until thickened (about one minute).
Serve over hot cooked pasta, top with grated Parmesan cheese.
