Baked Spaghetti

List of Ingredients
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 TBS butter (oleo)
1 (28oz) can tomatoes w/liquid, cut up
1 can (4oz) mushroom stems/pieces drained (fresh works great ~ just chop em up)
1 can (2.25oz) black olives, sliced
2 tsp. dried oregano
1 LB ground beef browned/drained (turkey, chicken, sausage, whatever (cooked first tho) ~ even no meat works well)
12oz spaghetti cooked/drained {I use angel hair}
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10.75oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
¼ cup water
grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
In a large skillet, sauté onion and green pepper in butter til tender n mushrooms if you’re using raw.
Add tomatoes, (canned) mushrooms, olives and oregano. Add "meat" if ya want.
Simmer uncovered 10 minutes
Place half spaghetti in a greased 13-in x 9-in x 2-in baking dish
1) cover with veggie-(meat) mixture
2) sprinkle cheddar cheese over veggie-(meat)
Start again with spaghetti/veggie-(meat)/cheddar layers til you’ve used up everything.
Whisk soup n water together til smooth n pour over top sprinkle top with parmesan cheese
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-35 min’s or til heated through
