Chicken Fried Rice

Rice must be cooked well ahead of time and be cold (I make 1 1/2 cups of rice).
I also cut up chicken breast (about two boneless, skinless breasts) and have it marinate in soy sauce (about 1/4 cup or so), garlic and about a tablespoon of brown sugar all day.
Brown 6 slices of bacon and crumble. Pour the bacon fat into your wok; I also separately scramble 3 eggs at this time and set aside.
Dump in about 1/4 cup of chopped onion and stir fry til soft. Start adding chicken and continue stir frying til all the chicken in in the wok. Then start adding the rice, scrambled egg, corn (or vegetable of choice) the crumbled bacon, soy sauce to taste.
It's really whatever you want to throw into the wok. My only thing is using the bacon. It makes it taste awesome!
