1 whole chicken or 4 - 5 boneless chicken breasts
1 box of spaghetti
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can of tomato soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can-full of water
2 c. grated cheddar cheese, divided
Recipe
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
ADD chicken & Boil for 15 - 20 minutes, or until cooked. Remove chicken, reserving broth. If necessary, de-bone chicken; chop chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Cook spaghetti in the reserved chicken broth, following package directions. Meanwhile, in a medium non-stick saucepan, sauté tomato, and onion
COMBINE tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup & water
Gently heat soup mixture until it is warm. Add tomato and onion mixture, and cooked spaghetti.
TOSS WITH 1 c grated cheddar cheese - Put mixture into a 9x13-inch casserole dish
