    List of Ingredients




    2 c ricotta cheese
    1 1/2 c mascarpone cheese
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp minced fresh basil
    1 tbsp minced fresh dill
    1 tbsp minced fresh tarragon
    1/4 tsp white pepper
    8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
    1 lb lox
    4 oz whitefish caviar, gently rinsed

    Recipe



    Place ricotta cheese, mascarpone cheese, lemon juice, herbs and pepper in food processor; process until well combined.

    Line terrine mold with plastic wrap, allowing wrap to come over sides of pan.

    Layer 1 noodle, 1/2 c of cheese mixture, 2 oz lox and 2 rounded tsp caviar in pan. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients, ending with noodle.

    Cover; chill several hours until firm.

    Carefully remove from mold and remove plastic.

    Garnish with strips of lox rolled to look like roses and fresh herbs. Slice with warm knife.

    Can be made without mold. Layer on plastic wrap; cover and wrap with foil.
