    List of Ingredients




    *2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
    *2 cans Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
    *1 1/2 cups Milk
    *1/8 tsp Nutmeg
    *1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
    *1 package of frozen, chopped spinach (thawed & well drained)
    *2 Eggs
    *16 oz tub Ricotta Cheese
    *12 lasagna noodles (either cooked & drained, or the no-boil type)
    *2 cups diced, cooked chicken
    *1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    *Reserve 2/3 cup mozzarella for the topping.

    *In medium bowl, combine soup, milk, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, and set aside.

    *In another medium bowl, combine spinach, egg, ricotta, and mix well.

    *In bottom of 13x9-inch pan, spread 1/2 cup soup mix.

    *Arrange 4 noodles on top.

    *Top with 1/3 of remainig soup mix, 1/2 spinach mix, 1/2 remaining mozarella, 1/2 chicken.

    *Repeat ending with remaining noodles, soup mix, reserved mozzarella, and parmesan.

    *Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

    *Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.
