Creamy Noodle & Cheese Casserole

List of Ingredients
4 ounces spinach and/or plain noodles
1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 cup cream-style cottage cheese
½ cup dairy sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
1 teaspoon steak sauce
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
½ teaspoon dried basil, crushed
Dash pepper
½ cup soft bread crumbs Recipe
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. In a small skillet, cook onion and garlic in butter or margarine till tender, but not brown.
In a large bowl, combine the noodles, onion-garlic mixture, cottage cheese, sour cream, ½ cup of the cheddar cheese, steak sauce, seasoned salt, basil and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and the bread crumbs.
Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 30 minutes or till done.
