1 16oz pkg ground pork sausage
1 15.5oz can chili hot beans
1 10oz can diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
1 10oz can enchilada sauce
1/2 (1.25oz) pkg taco seasoning
3 cups cooked pasta shells
1 cup shredded colby cheese
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Recipe
Cook sausage in large skillet, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink; drain. Stir in chili beans and next 3 ingredients; cook 3 minutes.
Add pasta to sausage mixture, and cook over medium heat 3 minutes. Stir in cheeses until melted and well blended. Serve in bowls.
