Recipe Introduction
This is easy and you can use leftover meat, chicken or shrimp. I’m sure canned would also work.
List of Ingredients
2 TBSP cooking Oil
1/4 cup chopped Onion or scallions
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 cups cooked Rice
1 small pkg frozen Mixed Vegetables
1 TBSP crushed Sesame seeds optional
1/2 cup thinly cut strips of cooked meat (beef, pork,
chicken, ham or shrimp)
1 TBSP Sesame Seed oil
Soy sauce to taste for color and flavor
Recipe
Preheat large frying pan or wok to medium heat.
Add oil to heated pan, just cover bottom. Add garlic.
Stir garlic to heat and coat.
Add frozen mixed vegetables and cook till half done.
Add meat, onions and cook till vegetables are done.
Remove from heat and add rice a cup at a time, mixing well.
Add desired soy sauce.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and sesame oil over top and stir
well.
Transfer to serving dish and serve warm.
