4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.)
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian seasoned diced tomatoes
1 cup frozen cut green beans
Salt and pepper
2 bags MINUTE Boil-In-Bag White Rice, prepared

HEAT 1 tablespoon oil in skillet. Add chicken; cook until browned.
ADD tomatoes and green beans. Heat to a boil; cover. Reduce heat to low.
SIMMER 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over hot cooked MINUTE Rice.
Try serving with crusty Italian bread and a quick bagged salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Caesar.
