    1 pound ground beef
    1 cup chopped onions
    1/2 cup chopped green sweet peppers
    2 teaspoons minced garlic
    1 cup beef broth
    1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes with mild green chiles
    1 cup sliced green olives
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1 package (8 ounces) spaghetti
    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 cups grated Cheddar cheese

    Brown beef with onions, peppers and garlic. Add beef broth, tomatoes, green olives, and chili powder. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile cook spaghetti by package directions. Drain and add to meat mixture. Mix well. Spread in 9x12-inch baking dish and sprinkle evenly with mixture of Parmesan and Cheddar cheese. (Anne suggests adding another 1/2-cup grated Cheddar to the top if you like a lot of cheese.)

    Bake in 350-degree oven about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and let stand for about 10 minutes before cutting into serving squares.

    Serves 6.
