    List of Ingredients

    Amounts vary depending on size:
    Precooked Lasagna noodles
    Ground Beef
    garlic (if desired)
    Your favorite tomato pasta sauce
    Italian Sausage
    Ricotta cheese
    Parmesan cheese
    Romano Cheese
    Mozzarella cheese

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350.

Brown ground beef with garlic. Drain. Combine with pasta sauce.

Make meatballs from Italian sausage and cook 'em...you can make "fancy" meatballs (with all those breadcrumbs and eggs and stuff) or just roll the sausage into meatballs and call it good.

Layer ingredients making sure to begin and end with the meat sauce (to keep things moist!)

Bake in preheated oven 45-60 minutes or until heated through (meat thermometer registers between 160-170 when it's heated well). Add cheese (except ricotta) to top and melt it in the oven for a few minutes (or put it under the broiler for that nice browned, "crispy" cheese).

You may take the remaining portion of the lasagna the next day (when it's nice and cold) and wrap it in foil and freeze it. When you pull it out, bake it right in the foil. You may have to add a little more cheese to the top. Heat the same way (350° oven until heated through).
