Oven-Baked Ravioli

1 lb. ground beef
1 jar pasta sauce (27.7 oz.)
1 package frozen cheese ravioli (25 oz.)
1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 6 oz.)Recipe
Preheat oven to 425°.
In 12-inch skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat; drain. Stir in pasta sauce.
In 11x7-inch baking dish, evenly spoon 1 cup sauce mixture. Arrange 1/2 package frozen ravioli over sauce mixture. Spoon 1/2 of remaining sauce mixture over ravioli, then top with 3/4 cup cheese. Repeat layering, ending with sauce mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes or until ravioli are done. Remove foil, top with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
Garnish, if desired, with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley.
