9 uncooked lasagna noodles
1 (15 oz) can pizza sauce
1 (14 1/2)can diced tomatoes seasoned w/green pepper & onion, undrained
1 (15oz) container ricotta cheese
1 tsp dried italian seasoning
8 oz (2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
2 (3 1/2oz) pkg pepperoni slices
1 (4.5oz) jar mushrooms
1 (2 1/4oz) can sliced olives
1/2 cup green pepper
2 tbs parmesan cheese
Recipe
***Cook noodles as directed and drain. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 12x8 pan w/ nonstick spray.
In med saucepan cook pizza sauce and tomatoes until heated through.
In med bowl mix ricotta and italian seasoning.
Spread 1/4 cup sauce in bottom of pan and layer as follows: spread half of ricotta mixture over noodles, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1 cup sauce, 1/3 each of the pepperoni slices, mushrooms, olives, and pepper. Repeat layer once. Sprinkle w/ parm cheese and bake 30 to 35 min or until bubbly.
