List of Ingredients

1 box Chicken Rice-A-Roni - family size
1 large or 2 small jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 can water chestnuts
4-5 scallions
mayonnaise as needed


Recipe

Prepare Rice-a-Roni according to package directions; cool. Chop artichoke hearts and water chestnuts; slice scallions thin. Combine all ingredients with enough mayonnaise to bind it together. Chill before serving.
