1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
8 oz. very thin spaghetti (or your choice)
1 gr. pepper, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced and separated into rings
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 t. oregano
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1/2 c. dry white wine
Recipe
Prick sausage all over and place in an 11x8 microwave-proof dish. Cover with plastic wrap; slit small hole in top. Microwave on HI for 3 min.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to pkg. directions.
Remove sausage from microwave dish and set aside; reserving 2 T. drippings in dish. Add sliced veggies. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over veggies. Cover with plastic wrap with small slit in top. Microwave on HI 5 min, turning once during cooking.
Slice sausage and add to veggies; stir and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on HI 5 min., turning once. Serve over pasta.
Garlic bread and tossed salad complete this meal for 6.
