1 Lb Lean Ground Beef
2 Med Chopped Onions
1 Green Bell Pepper -- Chopped
1 1/2 C Water
1 14 Oz Can Whole Tomatoes -- Drained And Chopped
1 8 Oz Can Tomato Sauce
1 C Uncooked Rice
2 Tsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Seasoned Salt
1/2 Tsp Cumin
1/2 Tsp Black PepperRecipe
In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion and bell pepper over medium heat until meat is brown; drain.
Stir in water, tomatoes, tomato sauce, rice, chili powder, salt, cumin, and black pepper; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce, cover and simmer about 20 minutes, or until rice is tender and water is mostly absorbed.
