Stove-top Beef & Noodles

Cooking oil
1# Stew Meat
Onion, chopped*
Garlic, chopped*
Salt*
Freshly ground pepper*
Basil*
Hugarian Paprika*
2 tsp beef bouillon granules
1 ½ ~ 2 C water*
Flat noodles*
1 C sour cream
1 pkg dry ranch dressing
Hungarian paprika*
fresh parsley snipped*

Cut stew meat into smallish pieces if desired.
Heat cooking oil in a good-size pan, add meat, onions, garlic, salt & pepper. Brown meat just til grey ~ no more red showing.
Add basil, paprika, bouillon granules, water. Bring to a simmer, cover & allow to slow~simmer about 8~10min’s.
Add noodles. Bring back up to a light boil and allow to cook til noodles are done; add water & adjust seasonings as needed. The longer you allow to simmer, the more it will cook down.
In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, ranch dressing & a smidge paprika & parsley.
Stir the sour cream mix into the beef/noodles. Simmer/stir to desired consistency.
