1 cup raw macaroni
1 pkg. (8 oz.) imitation crab meat, shredded or diced
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup diced water chestnuts
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup diced celery
1 recipe of dressing noted below
Dressing:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. crushed basil leaves
1/8 tsp. crushed oregano leaves
garlic salt to taste
dash of cayenne
Recipe
Add macaroni to boiling salted water and cook until al dente - about 10 minutes.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
Toss with dressing until coated; then add crab meat & vegetables and toss lightly until well mixed.
