1 can refrigerated pizza dough
3/4 cup Pizza Quick sauce
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, or more to taste
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled

Preheat oven to 450.
On a greased 10-inch pizza pan, press dough to edge of pan.
In a medium bowl, combine pizza sauce, hot sauce, chicken, and celery. Spread over pizza dough. Sprinkle with cheese.
