1/2 (32 ounce) package frozen bread dough
2 TBS cornmeal
Olive oil
1 cup commercial pizza sauce
1 and 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
3 and 1/2 ounces sliced pepperoni
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
finely chopped green pepper, onions, olives & any other favorite toppings
Recipe
Thaw frozen bread dough in fridge for 8 hours. Knead dough lightly to remove air pockets and let rest for 10 minutes. Divide dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each into a 7 inch circle on a lightly floured surface.
Place 2 crusts on a greased baking sheet that has been sprinkled with cornmeal. Prick dough with fork and brush lightly with olive oil. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
Top each crust with sauce, cheese, toppings and bake at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes.
