1 1/2 cup warm water(110 degrees)
1 Tb. Honey
1 pack rapid rise yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup corn flour(not cornmeal)
3/4 cup cake flour
1/2 semolina flour
2 Tb. olive oil
2 Tb. dough conditioner

Make dough on dough cycle; this will make enough for 2 14-inch pans.
After dough is finished, remove to an sprayed surface.
Cover and let rest 30 min.
Divide and shape, poke with a fork, cover with pizza sauce and bake for 8 min. at 400.
Remove and place toppings on..bake 15-18 min. at 400.
I know this sounds like a lot of work and different ingredients, but give it a try you will not be dissappointed. To save time..I pack all dry ingredients, making up several packs. I also bake several crusts, wrap in plastic wrap, then foil, and keep in freezer.
