    Baked Spareribs With Barbecue Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    1 Rack of spareribs the Smaller and meatier are best
    Salt and pepper
    1 Cup Ketchup
    1 Tb Grated fresh ginger
    4 Tsp Butter
    2 Tb Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tb Lemon juice
    1/2 Tsp Garlic, minced
    2 Tb Honey
    1 Tb Coriander, ground




    Recipe



    Preheat the oven to 425.

    Bring a large kettle of water to a boil and add the rack of spareribs. Parboil about 2 min., then drain. Pat dry with paper towels. Place the spareribs on the rack in a roasting pan, meaty side up. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in
    the oven and bake 30 min. or until nicely browned.

    Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. 5. Brush the spareribs with the sauce and bake 15 min. longer.
    Turn the spareribs and brush with the sauce. Bake 10-15 min.longer. Cut into 1- or 2-rib pieces. Serve with the remaining sauce. Serving Size: 4
