Combine breadcrumbs, flour, salt and pepper, and just a few shakes of Garlic Powder. Dip chops into beaten egg and then into the crumb mixture. Cover and refrigerate till ready to cook. Preheat oven to 350 and spray a baking sheet. Cook chops uncovered for 10 - 20 minutes and turn when the side down is nicely browned. Cook another 10 minutes uncovered.
