Pork chops
Buttermilk
1 cup flour, or as needed
salt
cracked pepper
paprika to taste
cooking oil as needed
butter as needed
Recipe
Take chops & place em in a dish; then pour buttermilk over to cover completely. Cover & place in fridge about 2 hrs or more, turning once during the chilling time.
Mix flour salt/pepper/paprika in a bowl. Take chops out of buttermilk, dredge in flour mix both sides, dip back in the buttermilk then dredge again in flour mix, making sure they are completely "battered".
Heat the oil & butter in fry pan, add the chops & saute about 20 minutes or so, turning every 3~4 minutes til done.
