    Carolina Pulled Pork

    List of Ingredients

    BBQ Sauce:
    1 cup apple cider vinegar
    1 cup tomato sauce
    3/8 cup sucralose (18 drops liquid)
    2 or 3 tbsp. molasses
    1½ tsp. tabasco
    dash of ground red pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. liquid smoke

    pulled pork:
    1 7# Boston Butt Pork Roast
    salt, pepper, other seasonings of choice

    Coleslaw for garnish:
    Shredded cabbage and grated carrot
    1/4 cup full fat mayonnaise
    1/4 cup full fat sour cream
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    10 drops liquid sucralose, or to taste




    Recipe

    Season pork butt roast and cook at 275° for 7-8 hours. Shred meat and season with vinegar sauce.

    Combine coleslaw ingredients and chill before serving. After placing pulled pork on a toasted bun, top it with coleslaw.
