    Chili Lime Chops

    List of Ingredients




    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1 tablespoon lime juice
    1 teaspoon vegetable oil
    1 pound boneless pork sirloin chop, 1/2" to 3/4" thick

    Recipe



    1. Heat closed contact grill (like a George Foreman grill) for 5 minutes.

    2. Meanwhile in small bowl, combine first five ingredients. Brush mixture evenly on both sides of each pork chop. (I placed my chops on a paper towel and brushed one side with the mixture, then placed that side down on the grill and brushed the other side.)

    3. When grill is heated, place pork chops on bottom grill surface. Close grill; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center. If desired, sprinkle pork with chopped fesh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
