1 jar (14 0z.) cranberry-orange elish
1 1/2 T. lemon juice
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 1/2 T. salad oil
6 loin pork chops
Recipe
In small bowl, combine relish, lemon juice, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
In large skillet, heat oil. Brown pork chops on both sides; drain off fat. Add cranberry mixture. Cover and simmer 20 to 30 min. or until chops are cooked through.
