Sauce:
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 TBS Sugar
1 TBS Oil
1 Onion, finely chopped

Combine all marinade items, and marinate approximately 6 pork chops with this. Marinate for 30 minutes. When you remove the chops from the marinade, keep the marinade, it will be used later in the recipe.
After the 30 minutes, fry the pork chops until done, but still tender,
While you are frying the pork chops, make the sauce:
In a saucepan, add the Brown Sugar, Oil and the onion. Cook until the onion is carmelized. Add the sugar and the leftover marinade. Bring this to a rolling boil. Let cook for approximately 3 minutes. Remove from stove and put into a blender.
Place pork chops on plate and put the pureed sauce over the porkchops.
