2 Pork chops ~ thick-cut boneless loin cuts (like for bbq)
1 lrg can Italian-style stewed tomatoes
oregano to taste
fresh ground pepper to taste
water as neededRecipe
Sear chops on all sides in a bit of oil & ground pepper ~ just until opaque, not browned. Add tomatoes, oregano & ground pepper.
Add 1 Can water or enuff to cover the chops. Bring to light boil; cover, reduce heat & simmer about 1 hour, until fork tender.
Serving suggestions: steamed broccoli & cheese sauce and/or some flat noodles to put the meat & sauce over.
