2/3 c. oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. cider or red wine vinegar
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. Worchestershire Sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
2 T. ground mustard
2 Tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 pork tenderloin- 2-3 pounds
Recipe
In a large plastic baggie, combine the first 9 ingredients for marinade. Add pork and seal. Refrigerate over night, turning once. Drain and discard marinade. Grill, covered, over in- direct heat, 1 1/2 hours, or until thermometer reads 160°.
