2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 pint sour cream
2 cups (1 lb.) small curd cottage cheese, drained
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup finely chopped scallions
1 package (10 oz) frozen spinach, cooked and well drained
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 lb.(24 slices) sliced Ham
Recipe
Combine condensed soup and 1/2 cup of the sour cream in a bowl and set aside for sauce.
Combine remaining sour cream with the cottage cheese, eggs, scallions, spinach, mustard, and salt. Mix well. Spoon about 2 tbsp. filling onto each ham slice, Roll up the ham, folding in the edges. Place in a shallow baking dish seam side down. Cover with sour cream sauce. Bake in a moderate oven (350°) for 20-25 minutes.
