    List of Ingredients

    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
    1 T. horseradish mustard
    1 lb. ground ham
    1 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. finely ch. onion
    1 18 0z. can sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. orange marmalade
    1/2 t. salt
    1/8 t. ground cloves

    Recipe

    Combine first 2 eggs, the milk, crumbs and mustard. Add meats and onion; mix thoroughly.

    Put HALF of mixture into 9 x 9 x inch baking pan.
    Combine sweet potatoes, remaining egg, 2 T. of the marmalade, salt and cloves. Spread over meat layer.

    Top with remaining meat mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 350* for 1 hr. Drain off excess fat. Spread with remaining marmalade. Bake, uncovered, 30 min. more.

    Makes 8-9 servings.
