Honey Garlic Sage Pork Roast

List of Ingredients
3 pounds pork sirloin roast
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed (I used the minced stuff in a jar with olive oil)
2 teaspoon dried sage leaves, crumbled (I worked mine over with a mortar and pestle)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons honeyRecipe
Preheat oven to 400.
Line shallow roasting pan with foil. Place pork in foil-lined pan.
Stir together remaining ingredients EXCEPT HONEY. Brush over top and sides of roast.
Roast pork 30 to 45 minutes; brush honey over top and sides of pork. (I set my honey on top of the stove during the first baking to warm a bit and make it easier to brush on.)
Roast 20 to 30 minutes more or until done (internal temperature of 155F).
