    Sausage & Apple Dish from Kelly

    List of Ingredients

    1-1/2 to 2 lbs pork sausage
    4 cups cooking apples, sliced
    1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 tsp cinnamon

    Recipe

    Fry sausage in skillet; remove from pan and keep hot. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of drippings; add apple slices. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over apples. Cook over low heat until apples are tender and glazed. Serve with sausage links. Makes 6 servings.
