1 butterfly pork chop {3/4” thick}
2 tsp vegetable oil
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 T orange marmalade
1 tsp soy sauce
1 T sunflower kernels, optional
Recipe
In a skillet over med heat, brown choppin oil on both sides. Continue cookin til a meat therm read 160~170° bout 6 min’s.
Remove & keep warm. In the same skillet, sauté onions, mushrooms & garlic til tender. Add marmalade & soy sauce; cook & stir til heated through. Pour over chop. Sprinkle w/sunflower kernels if desired.
