    List of Ingredients




    3 Lb Boneless Pork Loin
    2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
    2 Tbsp Grated Onion
    1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp Paprika
    1 Tbsp Peppercorns -- Crushed
    1 Tbsp Salt
    1 Tbsp Oregano
    1 Tbsp Thyme
    1 Tbsp Celery Seed
    1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

    Recipe



    Mix mustard, onion and garlic in a small bowl. Spear pork with a fork. Rub mustard mixture over pork loin.

    Combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle spices over pork. Rub in. Place in refrigerator overnight.

    Let stand at least 1 hour before grilling to desired doneness. Or roast in a preheated 525° oven. Place roast in oven and turn temp. down to 325°. Check center of meat with thermometer.

    Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
